Teambuild Vocational Training Institute Private Limited (TBVTI) is the training centre that Teambuild Construction Group set up in Chennai, India. We were created to train skilled workers for Teambuild's projects in Singapore and for its subsidiary companies. As the group's work in Singapore grew, so did its need for reliable, well-trained tradespeople. Rather than depend on the open market, Teambuild chose to train its own workforce to its own standards.
All of our training is carried out to Singapore standards and follows a BCA approved syllabus and training standards. This means that what a trainee learns in Chennai matches what is expected of them on a Singapore worksite. Each trainee is assessed at the end of the course, and the certification offered is awarded upon successful completion of the training program.
We keep a pool of trained, assessed and certified candidates who are ready for selection.
